How To Claim Your Gift Card
1. Add the gift card to your cart and proceed to checkout. You should not be required to enter your card information at checkout because it will be free.
2. Check Your email for your gift card code. Also check your spam and promotional folder if you do not see it in your general inbox. You will receive 2 emails. A confirmation of your order and an email with your gift card code.
3. Return to SKTRENDY.COM and purchase your favorite item using your gift card credit.

For us to offer affordable prices on products , we ask that you allow us 10 to 20 business days to receive your order. Some items may take 3 to 5 business days, others may take a longer time. With an order of multiple items, some items may be shipped to you in separate packages. Our packages are shipped from different fulfillment locations and will include the shipping address, should you wish to return the item. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be send back.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchange , unfortunately sale items cannot be exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
NOTE: There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 10-21 business days for us to receive and returns. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that timeframe. As promised, when we receive your return, we will contact you with confirmation of your exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
