How long is shipping?

Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping at sktrendy  We are very happy you love our products. Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days. For us to offer affordable prices on products , we ask that you allow us  10 to 20 business days to receive your order. Some items may take 3 to 5 business days, others may take a longer time. With an order of multiple items, some items may be shipped to you in separate packages. Our packages are shipped from different fulfillment locations and will include the shipping address, should you wish to return the item. However, please email us at (info@sktrendy.com) before returning an item. It is our pleasure to work with you to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you for your business.

What is the return policy?

Exchange only.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a  exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery  will be send back.



Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchange , unfortunately sale items cannot be exchange. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

NOTE: There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 10-21 business days for us to receive and returns. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that timeframe.  As promised, when we receive your return, we will contact you with confirmation of your exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we   don’t  guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customers from the US and other countries may pay for their order the traditional way. You may choose debit, credit, Western Union or PayPal at checkout. Complete your address and shipping information at checkout. You may also provide a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order. Please use the currency calculator in the top right corner of our website to change the price to your country. Just click on it and select your country.

Jamaica

If you are living in Jamaica or would like to have your order shipped to Jamaica you have the following options:

Create an account with a local Jamaican Courier Service which will provide you a mailing address to ship your packages to. Some popular options are SSMC X-Press International, MailPac and Ship Me.

We recommend using SSMC X-PRESS INTERNATIONAL. We have been working with them for over 5 years. They provide a free account, affordable prices, and excellent service. You may contact them to create your account by phone at 876- 754-5559 or Whatsapp at 876-446-5684. Create an account with SSMC X-PRESS INTERNATIONAL and they will provide you an address and your account number to ship your packages to. You then checkout as normal using your name and the information given to you by SSMC. Learn more about their shipping process here

To view, the prices in Jamaican currency use the currency calculator in the top right corner of our website. Change the location to your country and the entire site with be calculated in Jamaican Currency.  

We accept all bank debit card and credit cards. Midas cards and other cash cards without an expiration date are not acceptable forms of payment. We also accept orders over the phone. Simply give us a call at (3474846289)and a customer service representative will gladly assist you.
