missing package/lost package

  • Once your order is shipped we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail please contact the carrier USPS .
  • If your package is returned to us the 
    customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to 
    have the package re shipped.


    If your tracking information states that 
    the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable 
    to send a replacement package.  You must contact your local USPS store 
    and open a claim.

     We are not responsible for delivery 
    delays due to mishandling by the carrier ,incorrect address or delays 
    due to weather conditions.
